Collaborate with our community team and architectural technologist to bring your dream to life. Whether it’s a fully custom design or a refined Cornerstone classic, we’ll ensure every detail reflects your personal style.
Once the design and pricing meet your expectations, we finalize the contract, including a personalized deposit plan if needed, to move your dream home forward.
Step 4: Down Payment
Step 5: Developer Approval
Your finalized design is submitted for developer approval, followed by structural engineering and permit applications to prepare for construction.
