Our Story

Cornerstone Homes was founded in 2003 by owner and CEO Justin Dallaire, who left a successful career with Air Canada to pursue a vision of building homes the right way. From the start, the company has been grounded in a clear philosophy: building with integrity. To us, this means honest communication, transparent processes, accountability at every stage, and never cutting corners—whether in materials, craftsmanship, or client care.

Co-owner Sharon Dallaire joined Justin early on as a highly detail-oriented project manager, bringing a disciplined, hands-on approach to every build. Her commitment to precision and organization, combined with years of industry experience, has played a key role in ensuring each home is thoughtfully executed and aligned with the client’s needs and expectations.

Today, Cornerstone Homes remains proudly family-owned and operated. Alongside Justin and Sharon, their sons are now part of the business, working with the entire Cornerstone team to carry these values forward. This collective commitment allows us to remain deeply involved in every project, uphold consistent standards, and deliver a personal, team-driven building experience rooted in trust, quality, and long-term value.
