The Station — Downtown Okotoks

Station is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use development coming to 34 McRae Street in the heart of Okotoks. Designed to complement the charm and established character of the surrounding streetscape, The Station brings residential living and local retail together in one distinctive building.

The development will feature 10 apartment residences above 4 street-level retail spaces, with convenient street-front parking and a dedicated rear parking area. A designated waste and recycling area with commercial dumpsters will provide practical waste management for both residential and retail occupants while keeping these services away from the primary streetscape.

Construction is now underway, with completion anticipated for Fall 2027. Pricing, availability, floor plans, and leasing information are coming soon.

Bright and airy interior of a café or lobby with hanging pendant lights, a white brick column, potted plants, a large colorful painting of horses on the wall, and a front desk with a tablet, near large windows with white curtains and a glass door.
