Coverage includes 1 year on labour and materials, 2 years on delivery and distribution systems, 5 years on the building envelope, and 10 years on major structural components—giving you lasting confidence and peace of mind for years to come.

At Cornerstone Homes, our work doesn’t end when you take possession. Our dedicated customer care team will support you throughout your warranty phase to ensure your home continues to meet our standards of craftsmanship and integrity.
As part of this ongoing commitment, you can access your warranty policy at any time through the ANHWP Homeowner Portal using your personal invitation code. You will also receive a warranty package directly from the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. Should you require assistance accessing your policy, support is available directly through ANHWP.
